Why I first submitted this ticket I thought I would give a score of 5 out of 10. Upon later reflection, I decided it is not fair to the person working on correcting the issue, who resolved the problem quite quickly. I am still not happy since this is not the first time this has happened. After the last time I was told steps would be taken so it wouldn't happen again. Apparently Bulletproof did not do this resulting in me wasting my time and Bulletproof having to waste their time fixing the problem again.
