I have been in the program for 10 months only, have been transfered to 5 different consultants so far. Sued twice and on edge of being sued for 3rd time. i called, emailed and haven't received a response for weeks. I think this was the worst move i ever made. Dave C.

I started the program almost 3 years ago with a total debt of $18,000+... if I were to pay off the minimum balance it would have taken me over 50 years. I am extremely happy with the overall results. As of today I am DEBT FREE and it is all because of the help and advise I received from Cockburn & Associates. My negotiator - Stephanie, did a great job. My agent changed a couple times over the 3 years. But they always updated me when the changed happened and there was several follow-ups throughout the years. It was not seamless but it definitely wasn't an issue. But it is not a prefect situation as you still have collection agencies call and harass you. I had a couple intimating phone calls - filled with lies and threats. There is no control over that. My agent Kirsten helped me answer questions and helped put my nerves at ease. I'm not sure what my overall credit will look like - but am I trilled that I have paid off these debt and can move on with my life.

When I started with Cockburn Associates, I was dealing with a young woman who wasn't very communicative.
