have over 18 years experience of dealing with planning applications and
building regulation approvals as well as in-house experience with two large
developers where we have been involved with concept designs through to detailed
drawings.

sector for housing developments which includes -
Site Appraisals - Desktop Studies
Flood Risk Assessments
Drainage Strategies - Including SUDS designs
Detailed Drainage Design
We are also able to offer a Civil and Structural packages to our clients
which is cost effective and keeps all design work with one consultant.
