About Us
My Name is Paul Whitehorn and I am the owner of Dent Repair USA. I was an Officer in the US Army (11B/13A) and I hold a Graduate Degree (Masters of Divinity). I am a second Generation Dent Technician with just over 20 years of experience repairing dents. I hold the highest dent repair Certifications Available in America and Canada (The only certified Dent Tech in this region).
Why are Vale certifications important?
Vale Training Solutions is the only third party, unbiased paintless dent repair certification process available. It is recognized by all major insurance companies and it is the only valid certification in this industry. Don’t be fooled by other dent companies self-certification processes: they are not valid certifications. If you owned a Dent Repair Company and provided this service to customers why would you fail to get certified? The answer is a simple one after all: there are Dent Technicians who fail to meet the criteria to become certified. Since the test is not analyzed by the human eye, but rather topographic computers, many techs do not meet the standard. Without any state laws to require their compliance in Florida, the good-ole-boy rule wins the day….for now. If you want a lower quality repair at a lower price point, you are certain to find many dent companies who offer the same service as we do, cheaper. Who do you trust with your 20-100k+ automobile?
So for the companies with no certification, you’ll have to take their word that you will get a quality repair. You can bet that every dent company out there is going to tell you that they are the best at PDR. We have taken that extra step to assure you and the insurance companies that we are in fact the highest PDR quality available. Call your insurance company today and ask your agent who they would use.
We test with Vale Annually to ensure we are performing at the highest industry level, after all, eyesight loss and other factors can change over time. Once Master Level there is achieved no need to annually test, but we do this for your benefit.
Some companies will try persuading you to believe that their technician’s many years of experience supersedes the necessity for any type of certification, but don’t be fooled.
