Low-priced drinks but experience isn't the greatest

My experience with Rho has mixed feelings. The place is decently sized and has different rooms to hang out in from the the dance floor to an outside fire lounge. The beers are SO Cheap on College Night ($1 bottles) which always helps out the experience. The downsides are the amount of drunk idiots who end up going there. In fact, I had drinks spilled on me on several occasions. Overall, the place is alright but definitely needs some improvements.
