Dr. Kapoor is very educated and cares about her patients. She is willing to take calls at all hours without a problem. She always has answers to questions, and will refer patients to whomever is necessary if she cannot help in a situation. She accepts commercial and medicaid insurance, along with allowing patients to pay out of pocket if they have no insurance. She's very flexible and always tries to accommodate her patients as much as she can. Her office staff is friendly and always willing to help. The medical assistants are great and try to make the children as comfortable as possible during their visits, even if they are scared. Overall, she is a great physician and truly respectable person and doctor.
