I appreciated not only the work done but also the teamwork of Solutionworx/Wingswept: Mark took my call and understood what I was asking for and suggested another team member would be more capable completing the task and therefore wrote a ticket and forwarded it on. Henry fixed the request to have my phone at work and my cell phone to ring simultaneously. Thank you Mark and Henry! There is still one part of my request that I don't know if it was fixed or not, but will find out when the phone rings-- that is yesterday, when my cell phone rang for a seminary call, callers could hear me but I couldn't hear them.
