Kevin Griffith did an exceptional job with this ticket. I was unable to connect to my laptop while on a train to NYC due to Duo Login issues, and he patiently worked with me over train noise and several dropped cell phone calls from weak signals to explain what was happening and why, and then followed up with me immediately to ensure that my system was updated in order to avoid this from happening again. He gets an A plus for his efforts!
