Thank you all for getting those iPads set up for me - I could not have completed it on my own in that timeline. My lower than usual response does not reflect on the service part of this ticket in any way. I had a different understanding of what this MDM would actually do for us on a daily basis. I thought it was going to do more to remove the management of the ipads from this office, but it appears that they'll still be bringing them to me if they are not comfortable doing their own fixes when instructions are required - as in the security lockdown fix. I may have misunderstood the original intent, but I went away with an idea that there would be an "agent" on the ipads as well, and that for the monthly fee we pay, they would be totally managed - just like our desktops. I'm left with some questions now about things like updates, etc. Am I going to have to go back to managing all of that for them anyway? I do not begrudge the setup - I needed someone to assist with that in the post-election trauma that is my "normal" - and as usual, your team came through for me with flying colours. But I have some concerns about the ongoing management. I'm not sure that I can justify the costs to Council.
