Mike Capela is very familiar with our network and associated equipment. He troubleshoots quickly and is able to get up up and running with minimum down time. Ludy is quick to respond but is less familiar our equipment and network. She was, however, quick to include Mike in troubleshooting our issue. Both are friendly and attentive.
