Very helpful and very quick! No nonsense support from Anil. I didn't have my VPN password and he reset it in a matter of minutes so I can now use my new work laptop. His instructions were clear but due to my goldfish-like memory, I'll have to get him back to explain it all again when I need to use my laptop!
