Eric was good very patient while we worked through our GIS SOP and specifics on the computer. He is working on creating a better SOP for Fuse 3 where the GIS license's are at, making sure not to touch Francisca's license and making sure Fuse 3 as a handle on the concurrent license available for the office.

Eric did a great job, even if I filled out the form incorrectly. We had to reset up her email because I switched first name and last name. I have filled every form out incorrectly, but he let me know the error. So moving forward, I shouldn't feel out the forms incorrectly. We had an issue with the Adobe set up and not downloading correctly, and he was able to resolve.
