James was amazing. Called back immediately with a possible issue of why external email weren't being received. Confirmed that R. Cima updating the domain on 2/10 did not update MX key correctly. We were able to give James the info to update on the new domain. Appreciated James attention and knowledge. Answered all of my questions and tried his best to have this implemented as soon as possible. Followed up in the afternoon, to make sure it was working. We confirmed with the Bossman ( Mike) he was receiving emails. He's happy the rest of us are happy.

Jose remotely set up a new user for us and did it very quickly. He also followed through to make sure everything was complete.
