The service was great for fixing my remote access. However given that the pathway was changed, it would have been helpful for remote users to have been notified and the NetExtender pathways fixed before remote access was needed.

The response time was satisfactory. This problem has happened before. The last time the PRIMARYSERVER was restarted without any warning to our staff causing a larger disruption. This time it appears the server's time was manually updated (no reboot required). Based on the notes it appears nothing was done to prevent this issue from occurring in the future. This is why the score is less than perfect.
