I cannot comment on Alan's contribution to resolution -- he may have contributed a lot and I don't know it. So the lack of a rate there is based on ignorance, not passive dissatisfaction. Thanks for helping me get the problems sorted.

I tried to make it clear that I wanted to know WHY the email did not come through. This was not addressed AT ALL. Also, I asked about the spam filter for the ".wellogydesign.com" domain, and THAT was not addressed at all.
