Quick response and walked me through a solution. The computer is still running slow and having a hard time connecting to the server but Outlook works again and a new computer is on the way.

Fast and impressive work getting me fired back up and running. Very impressed with the new computer. In the past with different IT guys, whenever a computer went down and was replaced, I was always told my files would be there when I sign on with the new computer, but they never were! This time, everything was there as if nothing had happened! Great work. Thanks again, Eric.
