I received a phone call about this ticket. The problem was the phone call came in at 4:46pm. My standard work day ends at 4:30pm. I think a reply on the ticket would have been more efficient. The next day I check my voicemail and responded by adding a reply to the ticket. My reply indicated I had set up the computers and they were available to be worked on. I received yet another phone call. This call was unnecessary if my note on the ticket had been read.
