This eventually got dealt with, however it took too long and there was too much confusion. On Sunday I gave Loretta my credentials. She should have been able to reinstall Office 365 and resolve the issue. Also, I had told her that I was unable to login to the laptop. I never heard back from her on this issue at all. Monday the cycle repeated itself with Keegan. Tuesday our user was unable to login because the, for some reason, the password had been changed.
