I'd like to than Ashish for his patience and professionalism. After we worked on the printer issue and ended our call, I unplugged the printer and left it unplugged for approx. 15 minutes before repowering it. I tried to print, but still wasn't working. Got hold of Robert after 2 hours which, after a test print (which also worked with Ashish), I tried to print out something else and the printer worked. We both speculated the second time I unplugged and let it set must have worked. Again both Ashish and Robert were excellent! Thanks!
