Nathan resolved the print drive issue. Our issue with Integris as a whole though is we have had to make several calls to resolve issues with new computers that were not set up correctly by Daniel. When we have called in to create tickets there has been long wait times on getting call backs and issues resolved. We have a computer that still isn't set up correctly. We are disappointed with the service we have been receiving lately.
