Eric was great! Easy to talk to and quick to get my problem solved. The only side that wasn't as expected is I called in on Wednesday morning around 9:30. I got an email saying the ticket was submitted, then nothing. I emailed Thursday morning - nothing. Called, no answer, left a message, then Eric called back and helped me right away. So, even though I was trying to work from home on Wednesday, I was unable to because I never got a return phone call. Hope this helps. Thanks
