AMNET was slow to respond to my work request . After telling the call takers several times to change my contact number they failed to do so causing a delay. Technician Nick did a awesome job once I was able get him to call me and set an appointment

Proofpoint essentials is proving to be a pain....

Proofpoint essentials is proving to be a pain. I get emails from people I do not even know and other emails I need get blocked and I am told to get with my IT provider. I then have to get a ticket and since it is not a high priority, it takes a while to get it looked at. Lewis and staff do a great job taking care of the issue. I would like to not have to bother, someone every time an email I need gets blocked. My problem is with Proofpoint in general. Thank you
