It always takes an hour to get a call back...

It always takes an hour to get a call back except for once when it was 2 hours. This is not a personal reflection on Matt. It seems to be some sort of phenomenon that it is never less than hour such as 45 minutes or 52 minutes or 37 minutes. It is always an hour.

Sean was on the phone with two women helping us hook up a printer, mouse and help one with a password change. Something that we have tried to do ourselves for 2 weeks. It wasn't easy but Sean finally was able to complete these tasks with us. It took about an hour but we/he did it!!! I have worked with Sean many of times (hate to say that) but he always helped me with a problem and was always so pleasant. Enjoy working with him, maybe because of his name I have a SEANA who was supposed to be a Sean!! Great job!
