This ticket was a problem-child and not indicative of normal service from either Mikhail or CP. Ratings are a bit low due to delay on original setup requests. Was disappointed this issue had not been discovered/resolved by John, with initial setup on 7/15/16 (ticket 150838). All systems are functioning fine now and we are good to go. No worries!
