Lewis was extremely pleasant, prompt and effective. My issue was more 'software related' as opposed to what I would consider a true (and crippling) 'IT" issue. Regardless, I found Lewis's assistance to be excellent all-around. Thank you Lewis and thank you Amnet. Terry
