I recently worked with Alex to resolve issues with a new company laptop. Although we were unable to resolve all issues remotely, Alex was quick to come on site to make sure the job was finished. Alex was very polite and even agreed to try to assist with a separate issue while he was here. Integris is always very prompt in responding to our tickets and every representative I have worked with is knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend their expertise!
