Christian was persistent with the multiple issues my laptop was having. He went above and beyond to keep the laptop in service. I appreciate all the hard work and time he put into resolving its issues. After many fixes, it was decided it was time to retire it after 8 years of service. As always, the customer service was and is top notch!
