Adam was good however the process to have my computer fixed took longer than expected and I had to call in 3 times, after waiting an hour for a call back from the first guy who acted like it was going to impossible to get a key that Sean was able to give me in 5 seconds when I called him after not feeling confident with original guy. Not Adams fault and he worked over 30 minutes to correct issue
