Aqeel Zubaidi recognized my state of emergency in needing a repair to my Lenovo keyboard, and quickly acted. I let Aqeel know I had 2 trials the following week, and could not function with a malfunctioning computer. He physically attended so he could help with the malfunction on my laptop, and stayed involved in contacting Lenovo. The issue has been rectified. I appreciated Aqeel's knowledge and assessment of the issues, swift actions and contacts to Lenovo, and follow up with Lenovo to confirm that the issue was resolved.
