I was suffering from performance issues on a older machine, Eric cleaned it up from clearing recycle bin to eliminating start up programs. The machine is running much smoother.

Eric responded promptly to my request and messaged me with the update as requested. Apparently the wrong password field was updated and took my phone offline. D'OH!!! I give Eric credit for trying to render prompt service to my request. As for accidentally updating the wrong field: I was watching as Rusty worked to resolve the offline issue. Based on what I saw of the interface, this was a VERY EASY mistake to make. Certainly not any worse than some of my own mistakes. So all is good. I count this as a learning opportunity.
