Justin did a great job dealing with a software...

Justin did a great job dealing with a software glitch. He set up a three way conference session with our software provider in order to resolve the problem.. He wouldn't let the software rep pass the blame, he didn't put up with her interrupting him or avoiding his questions. He was polite and professional and was able to deal with the situation with confidence. He ended up identifying the problem without the assistance of the software rep. It's great to have that kind of IT support.
