Joshua was very helpful, and took enough time to understand my problems, and to recognize that he couldn’t fix them himself, and so escalated it to Blake without taking too much of our time. Blake was a magician, and was able to get everything I needed up and running to keep me productive. Great experience.

Austin was very patient with me while I tried everything I could to get one of my three monitors working! He helped me with every scenario we could possibly think of. Then, he did his part with updating the firmware. And just like that, I was back in Business!
