The only negative comment we have is the fact that not all businesses close on bank holidays. When we pay for IT support we expect our PCs to all function properly all the time. If a problem comes up that wasn't caused by anyone in our organization but was in fact caused by security setting Integris said we had to have in place; I don't feel like the customer is responsible. We don't get to decide what day/s an event could possibly occur due to issues outside our control. But then to be charged for an "after hours" ticket on a what would be a normal work day for most organizations (that aren't a bank or school) just seems wrong to me. I would understand if it was an issue was caused by one of our staff but when an issue is caused by the Integris settings and we have to reach out for support; I dont care what day it is. The issue we had was caused by the Duo/Password change settings we had requested not to have implemented but were told we had to anyway. Outside of the "after hours"/random closed work days you all have; we have been happy with our support.
