We are having constant issues with Office 365 ....

We are having constant issues with Office 365 . It keeps locking users out and I am supposed to have admin privileges, but that doesn't appear to be the case. I'm unable to assist with day to day fixes. So this rating is more because CP needs to help me get this operational.
