The gentleman that contacted me responded to the ticket really quickly. He was able to remove the AVG Browser that seemed to be responsible for most, if not all of the pop-ups I was constantly getting. It's hard to say if that was the issue, because it's been less than a day, but I have not had any pop-ups thus far. He was also able to create a work around in Photoshop to ultimately get me the color identification information I am regularly needing in my role.
