I often, if not always, leave very good reviews for Support Team members, and it's because I almost always receive stellar service. But Logan was off the charts - patient, knowledgeable, explained stuff, understood my goals, helped me come to an important decision. Really - he was exceptional in every way. Most important, he helped me understand that what we had determined we needed for a new, remote contractor just would not work in the way we anticipated. I can't thank him enough. I am already looking at Plan B. Thank you, Logan.

Went smoothly. I’m impressed with the documentation that gives any support tech the info they need to assist. On the other hand, in general, I am NOT impressed with calling support and being required to leave a message and get absolutely no indication of when I’ll get a call back.

They were quick to look into our issue and had the problem solved, temporarily, within 48 hours. We will probably need to get a new and bigger drive, but that is already in the works as well. Very professional and quick. They provide a high level of friendly customer service.
