The low score is due to the excessive time required to complete the request and the fact that I needed to phone twice. I phoned in on Tuesday January 24 and selected the option 3 (as part of the pilot project). I expected I would be transferred and it would be taken care of in short order. What happened instead was an entire day passed (Wednesday) with no action. On Thursday January 26, I had a choice to make. I could have let the ticket run its course and see how many more hours or days it would take to be addressed. The other option was to phone again. I chose the latter. The timeline on the ticket's notes showed it only took seven minutes after my second phone call to complete the request.
