It seemed that OLD VERSIONS of some of our more common programs (profile and TPS) were installed, causing some difficulties with staff. Things were eventually corrected, however one would think looking for current versions and passwords should be on the 'to do' list. If you wanted further feedback, Mindi Ganson could speak to this.
