We are happy with service but we keep having issues since our firewall was updated. Our services regarding firewall work most days but we have some problems with connecting to our default network.

I miss knowing every member on our assigned team had about the same institutional knowledge of our (admittedly... nontraditional?) environment, but I still definitely value having y'alls expertise to draw on and all of the things you do in the background to make our lives easier.
