The issue was pretty cut and dry. And the person addressed it quickly. the EXTRA here is they noticed that a person who was no longer a valid user was still assigned to an email account. They brought this to my attention and suggested the person be removed. and then did so with my direction. I love that they were paying attention and found an issue and resolved it.
