It is frustrating when you come in early and you are locked out when you haven't signed in more than once. But I guess it is the way of the technology now. I called in twice (15 minutes apart, I know...impatient!) and got Torin the second time and he was very helpful, but when I was talking to him and trying to get on, I was checking my password when I input it and it was correct, but it still said it was an incorrect password....Maybe my eyes didn't see it correctly and my fingers didn't input it correctly, but it was strange. Thank you for your help!
