I have always been provided with courteous, excellent service any time I have had a problem. Todd always tries to solve whatever issue I may have and if he doesn't know he'll find someone who does. No complaints!

Ryan and Todd have been working well with us during this particularly challenging time of COVID-19 and the uncertainty involve. Ryan worked on my initial laptop setup, with Todd (and Craig - not on the list btw, but also very good) staying on the phone for over an hour getting me the hookup on my VPN to my work PC. Liberty was able to immediately handle the need for our office to have the ability to work from home. Kurt handled this task efficiently and professionally. During this chaotic time, Liberty has been proactive in making sure our office can adapt to any necessary changes. It is always nice to know Liberty is handling our IT so our office is free to focus on our priorities.
