Great effort by your team but no results. Dana had to do the fix in the end. Please update documentation for microvellum install and any other programs required for the drafting position. Not sure what we would do if Dana no longer worked at EMI and our IT group wasnt able to solve an IT issue?

Kyle was a great help with getting things in place for the TELUS technician to get the streaming issues with our security cameras resolved. He knew exactly what was needed based on the information sent and was quick to get things in place so things could progress at our end. Thanks so much Kyle!!!
