Matt got this fixed pronto - however, it did take some time for my call to be returned. I had indicated that this was a matter of security - we needed to put our doors into lockdown mode as we had terminated a disgruntled employee shortly before I called in. It took about an hour between my call in and Matt calling me back with the password reset.

Although there was no rush, I deducted a point for the three days it took to be addressed. The adding of an email alias shouldn't take more than five minutes.
