Hello, once the service ticket was given to Nelson, he handled it perfectly (rating 10). My issue is that I was up at 4:30 am and couldn't get on the TS, then I got an email from my drafter that they couldn't access the internet, email, Innergy and TCP. I called the after hours service at ~ 6 am and never did hear back from them, I called at 8 am when Bulletproof opened. I believe we were up and running again at 9:30 am. The issue is I have several people who have 6 am to 3:30 pm work schedules and if we run into an issue like this, we are unable to work until Bulletproof opens as we have no confidence in the after hour service. After hour service rating 0.
