Anthony was terrific. He got our ISP and me both on the phone for troubleshooting. He pushed the ISP to find a solution as soon as possible, making sure the resolution was acceptable to us. He said he would monitor our Internet status and would text me when it came back up, which he did. Excellent communication and great support.
