I could not access my desktop and Kyle walked me through all the trouble shooting strategies and issues and within around 15 minutes the system started to engage. He waited on the line while I went through all the access to my remote and very patiently ensured that I was successfully up and running. I am very appreciative for all of the support that Bulletproof has given me over the past 2 plus years. It has made a huge difference to my ability to work at home successfully.
