I did not get a confirmation email before the call and was hesitant to release info due to this fact and that my computer was not listed on the list to access remotely. I clarified with Bonnie and with her confirmation proceeded. I also did as told regarding the setting a start date when changing a series of appointments to a new time or date and it did not configure correctly when in Outlook. Also the problem of an appointment showing up for my supervisor with blank "notes" was not solved after being worked on.
