Nelson was great - it is challenging when you are told to call back the 1800 number and then have to sit on hold or in a que waiting to talk to someone before you can request to speak to Nelson. He was emailing me saying I hadn't responded, which was good as I could respond that I was on hold in spot number 2 waiting for someone to connect me to him.
