Was on the phone for a total about four hours, first two hours was with Kevin and last two with Jacob. The first hour with Keven was productive but the last hour was searching for a printer driver and downloading with our internet speed, which is about 2 mbps, there was a lot of sitting and waiting. However the call ended without able to print from the new computer that was being setup. Waited a few hours until Jacob called and he spent some time trying to troubleshoot that reason and eventually found the issue of having the incorrect printer driver and got the correct one. Once that was corrected the rest went smoothly and setup a lot of our needs except when scanning in a folder on the computer. Technically after a little time it does but it's a different way from what our other computers having been doing which will be a big change.
